Harmony’s development team spent the better part of 2007 refining the site plan for the clubhouse campus.

The 5-(+/-) acre site will be home to facilities arrayed in a manner that speaks to golfers, families, fitness & wellness enthusiasts and the serious leisure engineer in all of us.  Free standing “destinations” allow the campus to function in a practical manner with golf shop, bag drop and cart staging oriented adjacent to the club house.  An event pavilion connects the clubhouse to the resort swimming pool while serving as a convenient stop at the turn for golfers.  The wellness center, located as a separate destination from the golf shop, will feature a full complement of advanced cardio and resistance equipment.  Lap pools and hydro-therapy hot pools will be reserved for adult use at this facility.

The campus setting allows Harmony to take full advantage of gorgeous views and thoughtfully planned landscaping and architecture.  Screened by rolling terrain and landscape, the campus is a sanctuary from the day to day, and a centerpiece for the community.  Designed to be constructed in components that address golf and social interaction.
